Baptism Friday

Good afternoon,

We've had a lovely day here today.

First with a Baptismal Mass...

Fabulous celebration this morning where 12 children were baptised and 2 were received into the Catholic Church. Thanks to Clodagh, Siobhan and Liz for all the organisation and hard work!

...and then some time exercising the Key Competencies.

Have a great weekend,

Mr Grant

Signs and Science Thursday

Good evening,

This afternoon we were all quite busy with signs and science. First with R.E....

...and then, with science. Specifically - how could we counter the force of gravity on a lump of plasticine in a container of water?

Speaking of science, it would appear that one of our class mates has a skink living under his dresser!

Lastly for this evening, immediately before maths this morning...

...we meditated upon a scripture in Genesis.

For 100 house points...who said that?

See you in the morning,

Mr Grant

Sunny Sunny Wednesday

Good evening,

'Twas a lovely day today. So much so that we cut out early to enjoy the sun!

Not to say that we weren't busy - here's what the children had to chose from for their memoirs this morning.

Boy we've had a busy term!

And now...this!

Bye for now,

Mr Grant

Push Pull Tuesday

Good afternoon,

A great day was had here today.

We pushed ourselves at Move and Improve...

...and then pushed and pulled...and dropped...during our Force Detectives lessons courtesy of Science Alive.

And a good time was had by all. Thanks Clint, Kirsty, Jo and Nikki for coming along to help.

Back to the normally scheduled programme tomorrow,

Mr Grant

Oh, and we're on assembly next week, the final Friday of the term. Forgot to mention that in the weekly newsletter.
